I miscarried with my first as well, I was 9 weeks. So it’s normal to be afraid it could happen again. I’m now pregnant and am at just over 12 weeks. I think every thing is going fine, but i’m still afraid of miscarrying again too.
i am 11 week and 3 days today and my tummy is showing that there is a baby.
my sister is about 10 weeks along! she has started to show, but it’s wonderful to watch!

I wish she was my doctor, too! Just hitting the 11th week. TaiiTaii, like you I am also very thin, even with a previous pregnancy (she is 10 now), and was very bloated around weeks 5 – 8. Bloating is now mostly gone and there is a definite bump. Thin women tend to show much sooner. Good luck!
